Description

These Watermelon Strawberry Popsicles are healthy, easy to make and absolutely delicious. A refreshing treat that tastes like summer!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups cubed watermelon
  • 1 cup strawberries (hulled), fresh or frozen
  • 1 lime, zest and juice
  • maple syrup to sweeten, to taste

Instructions

  1. Blend: Place all the ingredients in a blender except the maple syrup.  Blend on high until smooth.
  2. Sweeten: Add some maple syrup to taste (depends on how sweet your fruit is and how sweet you like your popsicles).
  3. Freeze: Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze.

Notes

  • This is the popsicle mold that I used.  Looking for a great popsicle mold?  Check out my top picks for the best popsicle molds.
  • Popsicles take about 4-6 hours to freeze (time depends on your freezer and size of popsicles).  I usually just freeze overnight and enjoy the next day.
